Elsabé Delport – Group Managing Director
Elsabé has 20+ years’ experience in payroll processing, management, and end-to-end solutions in multi-faceted environments and industries. She has further qualifications of Payroll Administration Diploma, African Payroll Association (SAPA) Member.
She is extremely familiar with complex payroll solutions and forms a fundamental role in project roll outs and support, including but not limited to; project definition and implementation, payroll solution design, configuring payroll components and providing formal training.
Elsabé is very family orientated and she drives the core values and ensured that the future of QPS to remain a family orientated business.
Thyann Delport – Operations Director: Payroll & Tax Consulting
Thyann has 12+ years’ experience in implementing Payroll and HR software solutions in multi-faceted environments and industries and 10 years’ experience in tax. He has further qualifications of Payroll Administration Diploma, Certified Payroll Practitioner (CPP+), Certified South African Payroll Association (SAPA) Member, Certified South African Rewards Association (SARA), Appointed Commissioner of Oaths and Technical Tax Practitioner (TT).
He is extremely familiar with complex payroll client requirements and forms a fundamental role in project roll-outs and support, including but not limited to; project definition and implementation, payroll and HR problem-solving and solution design, configuring payroll components, technical migration of data, assisting in comprehensive international legislative tax calculations and verifying correctness and providing formal training. Thyann is very business orientated and drives the business development of QPS to strive and to grow the business in Africa and especially our complex HR Services in South Africa.
NON-EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Matthys Delport – Head of Implementations & Payroll Consulting
Matthys has 40+ years’ experience in implementing Payroll and HR software solutions in multi-faceted environments and industries and 22 years’ experience in tax. He has further qualifications of Payroll Administration Diploma. South African Rewards Association (SARA) Member, HR Diploma.
He is extremely familiar with complex payroll client requirements and forms a fundamental role in project roll-outs and support, including but not limited to; project definition and implementation, payroll and HR problem-solving and solution design, configuring payroll components and providing formal training.
